they really don't know how to make anything but awesome stuff, immediate purchase without even caring to listen to a preview.
I will say though, I am not big on the main focus changing to the female cleans. Domt get me wrong she has a beautiful voice and without her nothing would be nearly as good. But I find myself wanting more harsh screams thrown in on this album. but still, fantastic and I'll be playing this forever

Really hard to pick between the 3 mains but I'm going to say at this moment that I feel like Oak and Aspen is my favorite song on the album. little disappointed in the move, but I cant hold that against his music and talent. I'd rate this a solid 8.9/10 and I put this project WAY above Caladan

love the fact that these guys are priest's and boldly proclaim there Christian faith, and also make some incredible ABM! definitely buying some more from these guys

there are so many great bands and even more great songs, I really couldn't say a #1 favorite song, but i have always had a thing for o wretched man, if only they would make more music. thanks to you who put all this great music together

excellent stuff, really hope he keeps making music through this project

somehow I've listened to melodeath and ABM/EBM for about 10 years now, and never as much as heard of these guys. came across from a band camp search of something else. freaking amazing! absolutely love this band and can not believe I have not heard of them

The sound of the album is pretty good, good enough for me to buy and listen to often enough. However, the lyrics are some of the most repetitive I have ever seen. Basically you have the lyrics to beyond the ashen snowstorm which isn't bad it's a metal/ poetic way of describing the seasons, but, after that it's just a constant repeat of those lyrics. every song has the exact same lines mixed into them and hardly any new lyrics, they are all the same thing. would be nice to see more creativity

this is the first metalcore album I have ever owned or spent money on. I came across it because it was incorectly listed under a melodeath tag, however I actually liked it, which means more than it sounds because usually the first sign of a break down and guitar harmonic squeals I say "nope," but they did it here and i was still interested, by the end of sinuosity I said ok I'll buy.
Coming from a melodeath and ABM/EBM guy who does not care for core styles at all, this was pretty good!

And just like that, they are back. This is the wolfheart I was missing, tons of hits, beautiful melodies, vocals on point, everything sounding top notch. Every song is great, but Ashes is on it's own level along with the flood, routa I and II. worth every penny

EDIT: Just listened to the track and its superb in every way.
EDIT EDIT: Like every other Sojourner album, its excellent all the way through. Talas however really stands out to me. Her vocals on that song are angelic

I am all for the change, I absolutely love unity and aftermath, but harmony and a new dawn are outstanding. uplifting, calming, beautiful music. my favorite song on this one is a tie between first rays of dawn and night sailor, though all are very good
