Absolutely beautiful album and I am ecstatic to finally own a physical copy. The low end pulls you to your knees where you're incapacitated. This is the best spot to be while being bewitched by Dorthia's voice - a warm knife to your gut.

The best way I could describe my feelings staring out of the second story window watching snow blanket the necrotic forest floor. This is the vapor of breath trailing away from you on the stillest, coldest night. It's the smile you'll give before you perish. Lovely.

There is little wading in to this one. It is taking a plunge and allowing yourself to become vulnerable and reflect on all of the things you let slip through your fingers. Clawing and grasping you come through the other side a little better off - or worse if you like.

An entire album that feels like a suspended chord in the best way - resolves beautifully in the final track. Tears at my emotions differently and perfectly with each listen like a gentle trip with each set and setting. Where a lot of ambient music seems to do a good job of filling spaces this engages aggressively and forces me to actively listen. I am captive in this and I don't know if I want to be let go.
