Being a filmmaker myself, I deeply think that Peter Gabriel's song become more and more like films, with different séquences inside them. I think it started with "US" and the longer songs... It's a revolutionary way of conceiving music, more poignant, surprising too. Here, in "Panopticom", the intro plunge us in a "before" world, before the social networks and the globalisation. This médieval guitar brings us in a world with more man-to-man and direct interactions. (not enough space to finish)
