As a fan of the tracking scene back in the 90s/early 2000s, I can absolutely tell these were composed on Impulse Tracker or Fast Tracker 2 (leaning more towards the former). That's actually really cool because they sound so advanced for that software, obviously Trivia knew how to work it. The music itself is the best nitzhonot I've come across so far. Wish there was more!
