  1. Final Days
    by Post Death Soundtrack
Okay, so apparently covid-19 didn’t stop these guys from making sick music. Although released on the early stage of the pandemic, it foresees the current apocalypse state that we’re all still dealing with. The music sounds less industrial and more goth/death-rock imo. Which Is in the same category that I name Dark alternative music. I get some early Killing Joke/Bauhaus vibes through it. Ride on!
  2. Finale (ft. Bubby Lewis)
by Joan Torres's All Is Fused
As a fan of Jazzy bass-shred, this satisfies my audible needs very well. I am originally a fan of old prog rock (tony levin kind of stuff!). It’s heartwarming that new artist still carry this precious legacy!
  3. Wayfinder

    Darbari Dub Darbari Dub
Great instrumental album. The sitar sounds like that it bears a lot of mysteries and ancient tales. I’ve searched a lot to find such music in a more modern style of production and satisfied that I found this. However, the trap-style beats In some songs start to sound repetitive to me after a few listens. (still a good tool to grab younger generations attention to such traditional music). I totally recommend this album for meditation purposes... worked for me!

    Hey You Hey You
Great multi-genre album with a dominant slacker vibe. Most of tracks sound like a good experiment on 90-2000’s alternative music. However some tracks like Hey You and Big Jim Smoke turned out to be quiet boundary-defining. Hey you is definitely my favourite track. I love Its Jungle-industrial production and the chorus hits me just in the right spot!

    Chosen Sons Chosen Sons
I listen to a variety of different genres including: doom, psychedelic and of course industrial music and I should say I dig this album very much. it got all of those vibes and still sound unique and experimental at the same time. I, personally am not a big fan of such "drums in the front" mixing but I'm big time into those analog synths and heavy sounds. especially on songs Chosen Sons and Ripples in the living dreams which are my favourites on the album.
  8. Levitate the Base
    by Adam Rose
    Persian Fantasy Persian Fantasy
Good stuff, I’m amazed by the wide use of instruments and styles. this is not just a “background” music like many of instrumental albums you hear these days. The variety in use of progressions, melodies by instruments like flute, fm synth and guitar give a beautiful psychedelic/mystic theme to the whole album. Especially the mixture of flute/fm synthesis which is my favourite element. Consequently, Persian Fantasy and Isles of Avalon have became my favourite two on the album.
  9. I Need You
    by The Stone MG's
I like it when it does’t get too bluesy! Especially the soul-influenced vocals that are the best part of the music IMO. I’m kinda fussy about this type of music.(not a huge fan of Black Keys) but this sounds appealing to my ears; as I said soulful vocal/back vocal parts and the sax solo are my favourite which gives character to the song.
  10. Chosen Sons
    by Post Death Soundtrack
The synth-bass arpeggio hooked me into it cause I'm a big fan of this type of analog production. Vancouver seems like it still got something to do with industrial scene & this music sounds like a righteous descendant of Skinny Puppy. those harsh vocal parts at the beginning are not my favourite but I dig the rest of them
  11. FIELDS AMAZE and other sTRANGE music
    by Patrick Grant
    Fields Amaze Fields Amaze
I really like the variety of instruments and styles of music on the album. The style merges from a cinematic avant-garde to a maximalist prog rock approach as we go to the second half. however, the minimalist touch has been kept and you can hear it in different elements. As he uses it as his signature to give the wholeness to the album. It's very rare to find an artist nowadays who do all of these! my favourite tracks are Fields Amaze, Imaginary Horror Film Part 2 & If One Should Happen to Fall
