The tracks seem desperate to tear their way out of the heavy compression, never heard an album mixed with so much brutal energy.
It seems criminal to say that this album is their most straight forward rock out album because it's still more complex than most stuff out there, but there are less layers and dynamic shifts compared to previous albums.
