The Garage's live performances are always a treat, and this one is jam-packed with sick guitar riffs to cauterize your ears to. Plus, a new cover of one of my favourite songs make this album the perfect choice for any Garages fan.
All the songs on this EP are great! The storytelling of "fourteen days is not enough for my screams to reach your ears" is wonderfully done, along the vocals. A great, well-rounded album, and a great way to end the short circuits.
Folk is one of my favourite genres, so when the garages continue their series of great dark folk/country songs, you know their album is going to be great. I wasn't wrong. One of the finest albums of the garages yet!
This is a great album. The music soars joyously from song to song, and the songwriting lives up to the musical it's based on. Sophia K. Metcalf's voice is so vibrant and colourful, they deserves to be in an album as great as this one. Well worth a listen.
