Storming the Mausoleum Storming the Mausoleum
I've heard death/doom before (particularly from Hail of Bullets), but I didn't imagine Sludge and Death slapped together. And yet, it works, thanks to its combination of doom riffs with low-chord palm muting and tremolo picking. Add gritty death growls, and you will indeed end up with your head asplode.

Because of their epic combination of traditional and thrash metal elements, they literally sound like Motorhead and Iron Maiden had a baby! Sure, that may not the best descriptor for this album, but listen to it yourself and you just might see what I mean!

The Endless Run The Endless Run
I would've never imagined Thrash and Doom going together, until I listened to these guys! The reason it works so well is because it combines doom riffs with the aggressive sound that we (or at least, I) know and love in thrash. Please give this album a shot!

Let's Kill These Motherfuckers Let's Kill These Motherfuckers
This fusion of sludge and thrash works so well because of its loud bass tones, great yelling vocals and fast drum work! I recommend that people listen to this album through-and-through at least once; just don't be surprised if you get hooked!

    Anthropophagic Life Anthropophagic Life
I'll be honest: Ripper is only the second Death/Thrash band I've listened to. But even then, the reason why I love this band's efforts in this album is because of it's fast pace from Thrash, combined with the low tuning on the rhythm guitar and augmented emphasis on bass in Death metal! I implore anyone looking for a new sound to give this album a shot.

Unlike most prog bands I've listened to, Moon Tooth keeps their progression short and sweet, or should I say "short, sweet and fast". For those who are skeptical of Prog (and in my opinion, rightfully so), check out this album - I have a feeling you won't regret it!

This entire album is unique by comparison to other bands I've listened to, because of its combination of Industrial elements with Thrash, AND THEN with elements from Melodic Death metal. This musical element combination is what makes this album something I come back to over and over again. It's also difficult to find a good Death/Thrash band nowadays, but make no mistake: these guys exceeded my expectations by a longshot!
