The single most moving track I have heard since the dawn of the VA-sung version of The Journey Home in Ace Combat 5, "Oberon" takes a strategy from that very same combo and is a track that pairs very well with its in-game context, as well as the overarching story to create an unforgetable experience, its own opening mirroring the enormity of the plot's ramifications crashing upon you, once you finish the game.
