Every once in a while, you are lost for words when a friend of yours introduce you to music you never thought you would listen to. And it opens up a brand new world for you. And another form of storytelling. That is my experience with Demiurgo's project. Futuristic, psychedelic, sci-fi are labels that come to mind, but again, it also carries with it the unknown and the mysterious. I love to listen to Demiurgo when having to focus on planning work or when chilling on the couch lost in thoughts.

Got introduced to Colm Fitzpatrick's songs after attending a gig in which he played the enthralling "Hang 'Em High" and the profound "If" (not on this album). Been following his music since. I personally love the variety of sounds and layers of meaning in his songs. There is certainly "more than (we) know" behind. Lately I have caught myself playing on repeat (and humming) Quick but Slow, 1000/1 and the lullaby-like Moonchild. A great songwriter and a happy discovery, indeed!
