Pendragon is one of my very favorite bands, definitely top 10 and lately top 3, if not 1st. It's a travesty that they aren't better known.
I have all their CDs except this one, which I ordered from bandcamp, but I do have the DVD of the 20th album Anniversary. Even their metal prog albums are great. Love Over Fear is my current favorite, this album excellent. I'll leave it up to others to review this great album.
