Definitely the most experimental of Sleeping Awake's music so far. Its track The Rogue is particularly interesting, at the very least just for its awesome inclusion of the Mario coin sound effect! Flying High is also a good track, this one hearkening back more to his previous style.
Awesome indie rogue game. I would even label it a "classic" once it gets old enough. So a part of what makes this game a "classic" is its music. If I had to describe its music in a phrase, I would describe it as: a collection of epic electronic sci-fi/action soundscapes.
Elegant and beautiful, Tristan Eckerson's music showcases talent he as an artist possesses. Indarra, Trozo, Farsight Part Three, and In Ordina are what I recommend listening to. Check out his new album "Pan Galactic Three Day Pass" out as well.
Beautiful and haunting dystopian music. Interesting game as well. Ambient, electronic, chill, and new age stuff here. Give If You Build It They Will Come - Elysian Fields a listen, perfect for relaxing.
Energetic mix of techno, pop, & jazz music for an indie game about being a bartender in science fiction. The music does a pretty good job adding elements of happiness, confusion, and exhaustion into it. Check it out if that sounds cool to you.
Neat game (the one I believe started the Indie trend of pixel art) that has an impressive selection of music. Sadly the song Moon Grotto isn't included in the album, but luckily Bandcamp has got us covered!
This album includes music from the unique iOS game Kometen! A lovely game with beautiful art and an even more impressive soundtrack. The music fuses jazz and electronica together to backdrop outer space.
Interesting game with a haunting and pretty soundtrack. Not all of the tracks are necessarily pleasant listening to, some are purely for creating a haunting atmosphere, but those that are more musically inclined are great to listen to!
