    Transcend Transcend
Reminds me of a fantastic indie game with a fantastic soundtrack called "And Yet it Moves" (but of course this goes way further than that ever could). Its strange, dreamy, and soft all the way through, but never boring.

    Sad_denly Sad_denly
The whole album makes me wish I lived in a little japanese town soaked in rain and neon lights, with a quiet ramen shop at the bottom of a drifting mountainside race course. Despite the music not being.... even a little japenese. Maybe its just concentrated english citypop.
  10. Super Bowser Kart 64
    by BARCHboi
Peach Palmtree Heist Peach Palmtree Heist
It's difficult to pick a favorite track on this. Every single one screams in a very specific style that you cannot get anywhere else. Its of course MK 64 style music, but turned up to it's version of eleven. Its all original music, and frankly its better than anything its inspired by. Frantic, smooth, with 90s computing instrumentation you can only find in the back alleys of the early tracker internet scene (or more likely it's entirely original sampling/instruments). Just get it.
  11. Only for the Driven
    by Noppslyde
The Night Sky Breathes The Night Sky Breathes
For someone who hasn't listened to Noppslyde yet I might recommend Just World first, as I found it a bit more accessible. But for anyone who has heard that album, or people who have listened to far more prog metal or music in general than me... this album's a no brainer, the sooner you get this the better. Its goes alot of places, its more surreal than Just World, and generally feels less "metal music" and more "music using the metal genre". Somewhat more experimental feeling, which is good.

  14. Circa96 - Cave Dweller EP
    by Disrupt Records
This is just exactly the classic drum & bass I was looking for. I guess its like a dance euro d&b ? Scratches the itch the Wipeout game soundtracks scratch as well. Regardless, I could listen to this for hours on loop. I wish I was a better music critic so I could describe exactly what I like about it.

I never realised I hadn't reviewed this until now.
I don't know what to say about this album except that I highly recommend. If you like metal of any kind I get the impression you will appreciate what this instrumental album does from start to finish. It never gets boring, it never loses even me. It's calming and somewhat overwhelming. The weight of these songs on my baby ears is crushing and cleansing.

    Xenon Crusade Xenon Crusade
I picked Xenon Crusade as my favorite track only because its the only one I actively looked to see what the title was. In general I just put this on and don't think about it too much, just engaging enough for a nice walk around town. Before I know it I've suddenly been walking for the length of the album. Catchy and medium excitement songs that seem to loop a lot but never truely loop, and counterintuitively calm me down despite the somewhat lively energy.
