I can quote any number of artists who inspired me to start writing music, however, it was only bvdub who motivated me to put the first notes on the page. To this day, I still struggle to understand the complexities and subtleties of his music, and I know that ultimately I never will truly understand this, nor any of his other works. This, of course, is what separates the Michelangelos from the Average Joes.
