More synthy nightmare clown pop from the boys who do it best!

Found these guys' HLPTV set on accident, was hooked immediately. It's like Devo went and joined the dang circus!! Would love the lyrics, though!

A deeply personal look into the scary & frustrating process of discovering and confirming one's own identity. An ambitious work using a whirlwind of kaleidoscopic melodies, hard hitting beats, and sober somber moments to catch your breath with. Even more impressive is considering this record was done all with one person at the wheel. With a recent signing to an indie label, it's safe to say we're only seeing the beginning of She's Beautiful, and we're lucky to be getting in on the ground floor.

A group of good ol' local boys I had the pleasure of opening for back in January. Vibrant and sunny psychedelic-tinged pop perfect for these stop-start winters we get up here in Michigan. If you like this album, you definitely owe yourself to catch these guys live, you won't regret it!

As a big fan of Future Islands, I wasn't that surprised to hear that their previous iteration's work stands on its own pretty damn well! Behind the dust & scratches of the home recording sound are some very catchy (if a little wandering) synth pop tunes. Really cool to see how much these guys already had down from an early age.
