This is a creative, touching and technically well done album. It tells the story of an artist’s struggle to succeed, and the temptations and distractions he confronts along the journey. He kinda ties it all together in Rise. Daffi faces his detractors and communicates what he is trying to accomplish. There’s a resolution and acceptance of his purpose. I love the beats and the wordplay from JJ and the guest artists. Jeremiah Jae deserves more recognition and airplay!
