The Long Now is a balm for the spirit. It is a gentle journey inward through the infinite, and at times mysterious, depths of one's soul. And as "Lume" and "Orison of Old Light" prove, there is no hurry to get anywhere in particular. To take one's time and feel both the depth and simplicity of the present moment is a gift, and this album reminded me of that. It begs you to take a deep breath and let go, and rewards you with an immense feeling of peace and serenity by the end. Simply beautiful.

Atom Dance is a mysterious, beautiful, multi-layer musical experience. If listened to from beginning to end, it takes you on a mystical, enigmatic journey to new galaxies. It's truly an album worth taking in as a whole. But the breadth of instrumentation spread throughout the songs gives each piece its own unique, thoroughly interesting personality. Unlike anything else I've ever heard - I love it.
