Geti is a stone cold genius. He dips into his bottomless well of styles and vibes and cadences and pulls out yet another mini tour de force. Most students of the "closely observed daily life" school of writing end up coming off like the detached observers they are. Geti somehow feels each scenario so deeply and so humanely it's like he's lived a hundred lives. Sometimes I worry about the guy. But damn the results are always moving.
