When I heard this off YouTube many moons ago it changed something for me musically. I'd been a huge Kyuss and QOTSA fan. And to hear a band that resembled both was amazing.

This was something similar yet unique in its own right. They didn't just rip off the before mentioned bands. They took their foundations and created a Masterpiece of a record.

This and Universe are truly phenomenal albums and their best work IMO.

Hate to admit but this is my first Nothing is Real record. Never heard anything from them before. Good Lord have I been missing out. This is one hell of a record with so much going on repeated listens is a must. Sludgey, Doomey, Psychedelic, Grunge vibes and more.

Pretty good riffage on this entire album. If you're into Black Metal with riffs that is.

Damn has there been some great Black Metal this year! This definitely has some Death Metal drumming and riffs in certain parts but I'd say overall it's definitely more Blackened than DM. Great mixture of the two genres. Great album 🤘🤘

Got it on Monday!!! Listened to it on Tuesday. Amazing fucking album. Cannot wait to spin it again! Doomy Death Metal. Heavy riffs followed by Chaos.
