Don’t know what it is, but the Sault collective hit the mark every time, tackling big issues of our time melodically. Reminds me of the golden age of 70’s funk and soul. Pity these are the same issues their brothers fought for 50 years ago. All these are now classic albums, what’s going on... things need to change.
