So I pretty much bought these sight unseen. Your music has been on heavy rotation on Spotify and really helped me through the pandemic and I thought the opportunity to hear some new covers and also contribute to something that might actually pay you more directly was too good to pass up. And... holy crap there is a Kirsty MaCcoll song on here. All the songs are great but that was the best surprise :)
Loving all the covers, but my favorite is the original, "Twilight Serenade"! also Angel Division on the new solo album is amazing. Keep doing what you do.
I purchased all the collections at once and I love how the styles of the originals are so different but Nina pulls them all together and makes them her own. It's what I loved about Adventures in Coverland when GIAC released that album. My favorite song keeps changing on this one, which is a sign that they are all excellent.
The fact that a Dave Clark 5 song, a Zeppelin song, and a Joy Division song are all in the same album and it fits says something. You make everything your own. Keep Killing it!
This is my favorite of the collections, probably because I came of age in the early 90s and there was so much good music. it's hard to choose, but the one that keeps getting stuck in my head is the Pumpkins' cover 33.
