One must experience Aground to fully appreciate the soundtrack, as it is completely unique to this genre of game. The Aground OST accentuates the dangers and obstacles that you face traversing the world. The music challenges you as the game challenges you. There is a heavy restraint on the number of layers and instruments present at any given time, reminiscent of the Nintendo era of gaming. It's a great OST that's highly appropriate in game and also fantastic standalone.
