Surrounded by an overpopulated sea of "djent," VOLA has emerged with something fresh and original. A perfect blend of complex rhythms, heavy guitars, masterful song crafting, and melodic and emotive but unpretentious vocals, this is the best new band I've heard in a long time. I look forward to more from these guys.
