Go Ask The Dead Man Go Ask The Dead Man
Hearing John's incredible rendition of the Mark Heard classic Go Ask The Dead Man makes this bootleg album worth listening to just for this! Yet the rest of this album too is rawness, coolness and above all spiritually moving and embracing of the spirit.

    Red Dog Red Dog
I absolutely love John's commitment to telling real life stories. These impact on my life and heart in such massive ways. This man is richly blessed with an incredible gift of connecting listeners with some truths they may well find hard to swallow at times.

Blessing In Disguise Blessing In Disguise
Because John sings about real life issues, meaningful and insightful and very thought provoking and above all he's a gifted song writer in the ilk of Mark Heard and Terry Taylor. I absolutely love his whole discography, brilliance and art and joy to listen to!

    Careful Hands Careful Hands
I absolute love the feel of this album. I love the country rock overtones so much. I am a country boy so these kind of flavoured records always appeal to me so much. Add to that the lyrical feast and insights of the mind spirit and soul that John never ceases to share and again you have one hell of an album!

Back To The Garden Back To The Garden
This album has the touch of genius about it. John's debut is a masterpiece of art and this is little wonder seeing as it is produced by none other than the wonderful legend that was Mark Heard. Mark's gift of production and John's gift of being remarkably similar in his approach to lyric writing just like Mark, makes this album a must for all fans of Mark Heard. John sounds like he's his son or something wonderful like that!

    Losing Oxygen Losing Oxygen
The sound of simple acoustic arrangements and John and Erin's gorgeous voices together on this album makes it something not to be missed. Melodic, sometimes haunting lyrics of piercing truth and beauty and as usual John's brilliant insight and probing subjects. This album is one of my favourites of all time. Intimate, blissful and intensely moving indeed.

    Climbing Ladders Climbing Ladders
This album's style just screams to me. I absolutely love it. And John as ever brings his amazingly piercing insight that has never ever shown signs of waning. This is a beauty of an album indeed. This man never ever gets old. He means such a lot to me with the messages in song he has to impart to my needful heart and spirit.
