It could have been a sequel to The Bone Carver, quite a double-album (which is a kind of heresy for AATT). The whole album is a long and intense voyage through differents landscapes, moods, music and ambients. A masterpiece.
This was my first AATT album, I was just seventeen. The sleeve was definitively appealing and the sound , the music, were real revolutions for me. Headless Clay Woman is my favourite...among others !
The eastern europe influence is strong in ths album, with the use of Colin's clarinette. Nice songs, as always, and still not the same album as the previous one, just something new and improving new ways.
