  1. A FLOOD OF LIGHT - Soundtrack
    by AMENRA
    I I
It crawls under the skin, and unsettles. This is truly enchantingly beautiful.
  2. AMENRA “De zotte morgen” (written by Zjef Vanuytsel)
    by AMENRA
Amazing translation of an already beautiful song, makes me wish to hear Amenra's version of 'Le Plat Pays' or 'Mijn vlakke land' (Jacques Brel).
  3. AMENRA "Roads" (written by Portishead)
    by AMENRA
Loving this track, as seldomly a great song such as Roads will be translated so well as been done by Amenra. Without surprise, as Amenra delivers music being extremely well and delicate sculpted pieces of art.
  4. In Observance
    by Concrete Ships
  5. Eternal Spirits
    by Svalbard
This breathes eternal existence (spirits) what a banger it is. It is the perfect blend of hardcore and sounds and elements from post metal and shoegaze. Amazing single!

Children Of The Stones (Exclusive Synth Version 2019) Children Of The Stones (Exclusive Synth Version 2019)
Just such an amazing live performance, and sound is mind-blowing, fav song is all of them, and I love how they add the Synth version of Children Of The Stones. Pity they run out of CD's and LP's. Wished to have one, but proud to be owner of the digital files. Great piece of art!

Set The Cavernous Soul Alight Set The Cavernous Soul Alight
    This album, (SIC) is wholeness,
the greatest beauty. The built up is grant, the combination of poetic tonality on both musical and textual level are beyond anything. The spokenword piece is impressive it fits in so well, without it would be just empty. Overall a great piece all together, only downside, it could have used a little more, one more song, please?
  13. Re Un
    by Névoa
    III Conflict III Conflict
This is so diverse you'll like to have multiple listens to fully comprehensive this thing, and III Conflict is beside that a real banger too.
  14. Drifting
    by Cursebinder
Permeating The Undergrowth Permeating The Undergrowth
If this debut isn't the foundation for success, then I'll bind my curses on this planet while drifting off elsewhere. Fav tracks: Drifting, Shred by Shred and the closer Permeating The Undergrowth.
  15. The Darkness at the Edge of Dawn
    by The Howling Void
The Darkness at the Edge of Dawn The Darkness at the Edge of Dawn
One of my favorite works by The Howling Void, such a diverse palette of tones and atmospheres. Can't choose a fav song, though the 3rd track just got me from first seconds, the doomy (post) black metal sound from the start is convincing. And then at 2 and half minute in, the bluesy intermezzo, makes it just a subliminal experience. And 4 (Silence...) has a very beautiful tranquil start from the first notes, to end up in that wonderful tremolo sound, do give it a listen.
  16. Ravens of the Burning God
by The Howling Void - Nyss
The Howling Void - Darkness in the Daylight The Howling Void - Darkness in the Daylight
Interesting split between The Howling Void's atmospheric doom and more aggressive sound of Nyss.
    Great art work as well.
  17. Bleak and Everlasting
    by The Howling Void
The Lonely Road To Nothingness The Lonely Road To Nothingness
The album art covers it all, a slow vast river reflecting the everlasting grey skies. During 'The Lonely Road...' there is a moment, atmospherically reminding me of Lynches Twin Peaks.
  18. Cascades
    by Ulvik
    Baaltis Baaltis
The atmospheric ambient piece halfway in at Baaltis is huge! Everything after is just a continuation of that beauty. Favs are both Baaltis and the emotional loaded Salt of the Earth, which died out prematurely to my opinion.
  19. Entropy
    by Echoes of the Moon
    Adaption Adaption
It took me a little while, to like this one, the second half of this album is very good.
But the first half is less strong, it appeared as messy too me, the 'metallic' sound of the drums throw me off, whereas the latter half each song is very well composed and made me take to patience to listen through. Sure one that will to enjoy more and more after few more listens, I can adopt this album.
  20. Forgotten Mountains

    Night Forest Night Forest
Some great tracks on here, Night Forest is a pure blast. Another one for my mountain hiking playlist.
