It was somewhere in the early 2010s and I heard maybe 2 or 3 tracks from this project on Peter Rosenbergs' "Real late" show on Hot 97 (12 - 2 AM) in NYC and 'More Gritz' was one of those tracks that was such a standout, where the track was so hard & there was no fuckin' snare drum on the track. I was already a Kev Brown fan at the time and this album, personally, had solidified his spot as one of the greatest hip-hop producers of all time, next to J-Dilla, Black Milk and others.
