All of Paul’s songs remind me of our life’s journey together. This one is about our daughter at an important time of her life. It will relate to anyone who remembers what it was like to become a teenager and anyone who has the privilege of being the parent of one. 🦋
I love all these songs but I particularly like the Irishness of this one. It’s inspired by James Joyce’s short story, The Dead. It’s a perfect blend of musicality and story that plucks at the heartstrings and make you tap your feet at the same time.
