Dr. Tim J. Anderson teaches at Old Dominion University. His research focuses on popular music with a specific focus on those cultural and industrial forms and systems that "make music popular". His favorite things include his family, dusty records, the B-sides of singles, Little Eva's "Locomotion", cats, quality sandwiches, records with handclaps, and a bunch of bands (just ask him).
