  15. Scream Bloody Gore (Reissue)
    by Death
    Zombie Ritual Zombie Ritual
Where it all started for legendary Death Metal band DEATH. "Scream Bloody Gore" is heavily inspired by the grotesque and repulsive side of life.

They would only get better and evolve over time as a band, but you can't deny that this record is an absolute classic of the genre, and arguably the first pure Death Metal album \m/

    4.1/5
  16. May Our Chambers Be Full
by Emma Ruth Rundle & Thou
    Ancestral Recall Ancestral Recall
Two amazing artists combine to produce one of the best albums of 2020! Definitely worth checking out! \m/

  17. Human (Reissue)
    by Death
Flattening Of Emotions Flattening Of Emotions
Often regarded as Deaths best album (honestly any of their albums could be their best) Human is a masterpiece of Death Metal.

Showcasing technical DM goodness in tracks such as "Flattening Of Emotions" and "Together As One", while also displaying a more experimental side in "Cosmic Sea".

An absolute must own for any fan of Metal music.

    4.7/5
  18. Individual Thought Patterns (Reissue)
    by Death
    The Philosopher The Philosopher
An album that just gets better and better with every listen. This should definitely be in every Death fans record collection. A perfect mix of heaviness and technicality.

So many highlights on this classic record and "The Philosopher" as the album closer is just the icing on the cake.

    4.6/5
  19. A Dawn to Fear
    by Cult of Luna
The Silent Man The Silent Man
A sombre and poignant record inducing a wide range of emotions.
Perfect for cold, foggy mornings or quiet, ruminative nights...

    4.1/5
  20. Stare Into Death And Be Still
    by Ulcerate
    Inversion Inversion
An absolute beast of a record.
Every band member is at the height of their powers in this album which ranges from unrelenting Death Metal to more atmospheric pastures.

I highly recommend this record for people who like their music dark, heavy and unorthodox.
