This album is beautifully transcendent in a Pauline Anna Strom sort of way. The vocals are dreamy and playfully experimental in terms of processing, conjuring the likes of Björk and Laurie Anderson. “Palms” is a lovely introduction into the TALsounds world and other favorites include “Still Talking,” the shimmering layers of “Slides” and the slow burn of “Fading Phase.” It’s the perfect album for dreaming up new worlds. ⟡*ੈ˖°.
