I know it's only April – but this album could very well be my favourite album of the year. The song-writing is equal parts; dynamic, emotive, and Gika has a strong contextual understanding of sequencing/ pacing.
I've seen Bjork's name thrown around a lot when describing this album, but I can't help but make parallels to: Portishead, Fever Ray, and even Radiohead (New Geometry sounds akin to Like Spinning Plates)
There's not a dud track among these beauts.
