In an attempt to explain how this album made me feel, I found that in itself to be an extraordinarily difficult task and I wasn’t sure why. But I think I understand now.
Unreason and Empty Space is an album about nothing. Like the absence of light, it hollows out a part of me in a previously enigmatic way.
This album leans into the unoccupied feeling that 2020-23 has given to me.
I connect to this very deeply and, therefore, it became a favorite album of mine almost instantly.
