Mieka struck a note with me as a musician; distinctly as style of her own, her melodies a stylized combo of blues/jazz he lyrics insightful - her vocals reveals a hint of Joni Mitchell influence, but delivered with a strong "I mean it" attitude which is pure Mieka. Watch for her up and rising!
