    I have went trough a lot with this album, as a teenager and having such an album in my reachability has saved even my life. It reminds me everything that is wrong with me and its alright. The songs have a good themes of mental illness and of the bad behaviours that come with it. It has a soft undertone to most of the songs and very atmospheric feeling to it.
