    Stellar Stellar
From chill out, to upbeat grooves, to rambling musical rollercoasters which never seem to end, this album is surprisingly rich and keeps on rewarding dedicated listeners.

    Over Everything Over Everything
Refreshingly simple. Perfectly casual. And with a captivating groove which will keep you humming along to the very end.

In a single track sums up everything I like about both Kurt Vile and Courtney Barnett as artists.
  7. Life & Love

    I Won't Be There I Won't Be There
  8. MANIAC feat Yann Ligner
    by Carpenter Brut
Shamelessly captures everything great about 80s rock without sounding dated.

This one is to be played loudly in the car while driving.
  9. Cubist Reggae
    by Venetian Snares
  10. Ode to Joy
    by Wilco
Beat, yet sincerely optimistic. A great moody album for many occasions, no matter if you're feeling up or down.

To Believe (feat. Moses Sumney) To Believe (feat. Moses Sumney)
The Cinematic Orchestra has always been about songs taking their time, not rushing a beat, gradual movements and progressions completely uncompromised while at the same time keeping a steady groove.

This album does all that, but with a subtlety so far unheard of. Simply fantastic!

The palette of artists involved also seems to fill the album with references not usually felt on their albums. Is that Phil Elverum I’m hearing projected in “To believe”?
  17. Turn The Other Cheek
    by Jay Som
Has this nice naive feel and rare vibe which almost reminds me of The Ladybug Transistor's "The Albemarle Sound". A good single, no doubt!
