  2. Cannibals Anonymous
    by Carrion Vael
    Love Zombie Love Zombie
Cannibals Anonymous is a highly diverse album covering all manner of grotesque crimes of dismemberment to cannibalism.
This is simply an absolute banger, I am not left disappointed one bit after listening to each track, as the level of complexity orchestrated into the melodies plays out like a story that starts heavy and evolves into a beautiful harmony.

In all Carrion Vael have outdone themselves with Cannibals Anonymous; truly showcasing their talent for technical death metal!

  6. Nensha
    by Orbit Culture
The harmony between the guitars and the drums is so heavy, I get to a point of headbanging to where I cannot hear the difference between the two.

  9. Exit Earth
    by Council of Nine
Time Is Running Out Time Is Running Out
Exit Earth is easily a favorite album within the dark ambient genre mostly due to the complexity of each track. One track in particular truly encapsulates the story behind the Heaven's Gate cult: that being "Time Is Running Out" this track features heavy synths and panning effects that flow ear to ear. In conclusion this album can suspend your thoughts into a cosmic journey playing out like a movie with accordance to the cult's history.
  10. Shaman
    by Orbit Culture
Flight of the Fireflies Flight of the Fireflies
Shaman is easily my favorite album produced by Orbit Culture. Shaman is a very diverse album, taking the different approaches to metal. Some of them are straight bangers like "Carvings" and "Strangler" while some are more melodic with flowing vocals and gargantuan choruses as observed in "Flight of the Fireflies" and "A Sailor's Tale".
Although all tracks have different tempos they all manage to to sound authentic to Orbit Culture.
  11. The Wanderer's Dream
    by God Body Disconnect
  12. Homeless Rooms
    by Mount Shrine
    Forest Wanderer Forest Wanderer
I love the darker aspects and tones of this album, which Mount Shrine doesn't often compose making this album outlier amongst the peaceful, dreamy and meditative atmospheres of his previous releases on Cryo Chamber and independent work. Truly a work of Art.
