If 'Places Worn' was a wistful day at the beach, then Think Tank is a paranoid night spent staring into the beach fire while the waves crash and bros shotgun beers as you retreat into a loner-stoner state, wrapped up in your own insecurities and day(night)dreams. A more playful, humorous record - a grower, with some Microphones/Mount Eeerie vibes.

Absolutely in love with this record. Some of the effects on the vocals are great. Very rich and dense and short album. 'Molly' is very Speedy Ortiz, 'Healthier Folk' is the song that really straps you in for the ride, and is a typical song on this record in the sense that it has a very Elliott Smith/Blur/Pavement dreamy indie-folk quality. 'Cinnamon' is a Cardigans-like noodling anthem, and the title track Dry Food is a Cat Power-style (but totally develops beyond that) masterpiece. Love it.
