What Awaits Us (A Void is But an Open Mouth) What Awaits Us (A Void is But an Open Mouth)
As this is anti-fascist and anti-capitalist black metal, I was primed to like it from the jump. The fact that the music is equally as wonderful as the message and influence behind the work make this record as easy one to recommend.

Dark, ambient drones morph into scathing, suffocating and frantic black metal. Everything about this record rips...from the excellent cover art and intriguing title and song names to the near flawless execution of a fresh, blistering take on atmo black metal.
  19. Phantoms Made Permanent
    by Eave
Excellent atmospheric, post black metal from my lovely home state of Maine. Layered guitars, well-written drum parts, and distant, howling vocals make for a rich, full sound. Melody pushes the songs along without taking away from the overall haunting, emotional feel of the album. This one's a grower.
