Beach Slang just keeps putting out quality music. Have to admit I haven't heard of two of these songs before but I really like them all. Solid work from a band I really admire.

This album is Schaefer beer and Camel lights on a hot, summer night. It's good company and bullshitting around with your friends when you have a fuckton to do but just want to enjoy the moment. The music is timeless and just as relevant today because it was never reflective of trends or anything but six guys committed to having fun and kicking ass.
  8. Otis WIP
    by The Something Brothers
    featured track 00:00/00:00
Piss Me Out Piss Me Out
Piss Me Out announces the return of the Something Brothers and it sounds as fresh as "Bucket Brigade" did when I first heard it so very long ago. They've never had a 'style' or been a band that is easy to categorize. You just buckle up and enjoy the ride. Here's hoping this is a new beginning. In the meantime, just shut up and buy this, play it loud and play it for friends.
  9. Third Man Records - Blue Series

Look I love Courtney Barnett. A unique and fantastic voice... but $5 for two songs? I didn't realize there were only two songs when I pre-ordered this album. I'm happy to support an artist I admire but if there are indeed only two songs available, then I think the price is too steep.
  10. Who Would Ever Want Anything So Broken?
    by Beach Slang
    favorite track 00:00/00:00
Punk Or Lust Punk Or Lust
Beach Slang are unapologetically rambunctious and enthusiastic. There is chaos and beauty here. I saw them for 45 minutes at Riot Fest and was hooked. If you ever get a chance to see them live, clear your calendar and go. You will not be disappointed.
