  1. Red Right Return
    by LEMOLO
    Low Halo Low Halo
I saw Lemolo open for Sharon van Etten in 2012 (maybe) and liked their sound. The Kaleidoscope is good but Red Right Return is a major maturing of Meagan's sound, production, composition, everything. Way more dynamic with clever changes that keep me glued. Those big anthemic vocal builds and resolution drops on Low Halo get me like FUCK YEAH. Really looking forward to more.
  2. Man of Leisure (LP | 2011)
    by #1 Dads
Life, Oh Life Life, Oh Life
The movie soundtrack quality allows a clean flow throughout, balancing lulling lullabies ('Bron') with emotionally heavier electric guitar and driving drums and bass ('Song For Two'). 'Life, Oh Life' blows my mind! The later half of the album begins with the anthemic 'So Long' with it's explosions and moves succinctly into the sweet yet sad ‘A-Bomb’. 'White Knight' lulls me to peace. I want to ride a horse listening to Track 9. 'Sleepwalking' makes me want to hug my mom. 500 chars is not enoug
