A Glowing Light, A Promise A Glowing Light, A Promise
Deep and soothing synth hypnotizes the listener into a dream and creates a dark but infinitely beautiful atmosphere. A quality synthwave/dreamwave album to chill to.

    INVADER INVADER
Intense and mesmerizing synthwave with a wicked electric guitar accompaniment that really gives the synth more bite, more edge. An album that conjures up a dark, dangerous, futuristic world where anything goes. In layman's terms: "it goes fucking hard".

Love Will Make You Stay (with USA Gold and Sharaya Mikael) Love Will Make You Stay (with USA Gold and Sharaya Mikael)
For the most part light and whimsical, even somewhat romantic. Feels like an 80s trip through space and time with someone who makes all of space and time seem irrelevant. Great quality stuff, will linger with me for sometime.
  17. 198XAD
    by Mega Drive
    Acid Spit Acid Spit
It's the quintessential cyberpunk album in this genre. Damn fine Synthwave. 198XAD creates within our minds a grimy futuristic cityscape filled with mayhem and madness. Sounds like a quality soundtrack to an 80s dystopian movie that never was.
  18. Crime Wave
    by Danger Mode
    Crime Wave Crime Wave
I won't buy an album unless i fully absorbed by it's content and this album blew me away. It evokes images of fast cars and fast women; long stretches of oceanside highways and bright decadent neon cities. Great stuff, especially good for driving. I really hope Danger Mode continues to grow and create more excellent music.
  19. I Am The Night

    Retrogenesis Retrogenesis
An instant classic. The benchmark that I use to measure all other Synthwave. Atmospheric, energetic, intense with cool samples and soothing slower songs. What an album. If you enjoy cyberpunk/horror/sci fi/80s then this is just pure aural gold. Great for driving, playing video games and working out.

    Kill Switch Kill Switch
Anyone in love with the 80s and it's unique aesthetics are bound to enjoy this album. Kill Switch is a revelation that deserves some sort of award. ActRazer is an artist to watch and i look forward to his future albums.
