If I recall correctly, the songs we heard prior to YAFOTD were Rabbit and She-Riff (in their green and pink neon digi-packs). So when the album dropped it was again a more diverse group of songs arranged really interestingly. I think at this stage Adalita’s voice has changed a little (hope that doesn’t come across rude). Rabbit and She-Riff always went wild at the shows! Love the artwork on this one. Awesome re-release.

In the mid to late 90’s we’d see Magic Dirt quite often and their first full length album was a huge deal. On release the album was different to what I had been expecting. Pristine Christine remains an outstanding moment and I remember it live, it was always a highlight. Some shows back then descended into guitar squalls and feedback chaos so it’s no surprise some of these sounds made their way onto the album! Good times. Thanks for re-releasing it!
