I haven't been this floored by a new discovery in a while. The guitars are doing things I've never heard before, and I've been listening to black metal for close to 15 years. Absolutely breathtaking, listen to the full thing.
In Passing Ascension was great and everything, but this takes things to a whole new level. I've never heard riffs like this before - everything from dissonant bends to catchy ditties to straight mindboggling ideas that are beyond unique are on this and it's gonna be tough to find a better extreme metal album that comes out in 2021.
