I've seen a handful of the Relapse bands live, always a great show. Fantastic sampler with some great tracks. If you like metal, grind, whatever, then check out Relapse.
  21. Transcendence
    by Burial In The Sky
    00:00/00:00
    Despoiled Corpse Despoiled Corpse
One of my favorite tech-death bands at this time. They have everything one could ask for in a tech-death band: intricate melodies, exceptional guitar work, great tone and quality vocals. Very much looking forward to their upcoming full length in November!

  24. TID - Fix Idé
    by the Sign Records
    00:00/00:00
    Dumhetens Gudinna Dumhetens Gudinna
TID have crafted a beautiful record with Fix Ide, and I'm in sonic love. Sounds of rock, electronic and industrial wash over me. Reminiscent of Rammstein at times (not just because of the foreign language), TID really do take the listener on a journey. And really, their sound is straight up sexy.
  25. Fear and Fury
    by PALLBEARER
    00:00/00:00
Love You To Death Love You To Death
Arkansas doom rockers PALLBEARER are back again with this roaring extended play. Fear and Fury is a great look at the groups song writing while the two covers showcase their diverse music interests. My biased opinion is that Love You To Death is the best track, because it's one of my favorite Type O Negative songs.
  26. ENDLESS FLIGHT
    by EGYPT
    00:00/00:00
    Black Words Black Words
It's hard to beat Egypt at what they do. Killer riffs that will have your head nodding up and down without realizing it. Definitely needed in any desert rock lovers collection.
  27. Black Tomb
    by Black Tomb
    00:00/00:00
    Swine Swine
Scary, monumental nasty doom the way it's supposed to be done. From the opening riffs to the very end I'm hooked. There's not many bands that come along that grab my attention as quickly as Black Tomb did, but hell, I'm glad they did.

  39. Air
    by Astronoid
    00:00/00:00
Up and Atom Up and Atom
Metalgaze at it's finest, Astronoid have risen above the rest with Air. Impossibly uplifting and aggressive in-your-face major chords stretching out across a vast plane of green grass that you want to sink your toes into, this album is an instant classic and I'll be listening to it in and out of my dreams for years.
  40. Dimensions of Horror
    by Gruesome
    00:00/00:00
    Hellbound Hellbound
Dark and massive, Gruesome have done it again. The legendary members of the band deliver up a slab of gristly riffage that takes one back to the golden years of death metal and reminds us that this style will never not be in style.
  41. The Funeral Garden
    by Caecus
    00:00/00:00
Womb of the Earth Womb of the Earth
One of the best technical death metal offerings I've had the pleasure of hearing this year. Caecus have truly gone above and beyond what I normally expect from a young band as the mixing and musicianship is all top notch. Their drummer is killer, love it.
  42. Split 7" with Dopethrone

Fister - The Failure Fister - The Failure
  43. Age of Destruction
    by Grindmother
    00:00/00:00
Fail to Cure Fail to Cure
This record is by and far one of the best punk offerings I've heard in a long time, hence why I purchased it the day it came out. I listened to two tracks and was instantly sold on it. Not a novelty. This album is an absolute beast! I've played it for friends and family, and we're all headbanging and fist pumping together. 9/10. I can't wait to see what GRINDMOTHER comes out with next!
  44. Live Over Freak Valley
    by Mothership
    00:00/00:00
Win or Lose Win or Lose
Holy. Hell. You can feel the live energy all the way from Freak Valley. Mothership is a happy find for me. I hadn't heard of them till a couple months ago, and I was sold. They have that southern/heavy metal/stoner/kick-ass vibe that is utterly infectious. This is a ship you definitely want a ticket to get on.
  45. Haze Daze 4/20 EP
    by Ripple Music
    00:00/00:00
    Nature Boy Nature Boy
Sick little sampler of some good tunes from good bands. Excited about the upcoming full releases!
