Vacant has emerged as one of the most consistent and hard-working artists in this sphere. Every release is exciting. Every step forward in his progression, development and narrative is impactful. I love what he did on 'Nocturnal' but I'm not shying away from the tone of Origins at all, I just hope he continues to diversify, as he's a true talent.

The best Vacant release yet. And, that's quite a statement.

Despite being "heavier" than their previous release (which is an *all time* album for me), this album still has the key elements that make EAB so damn good. Good quality musicianship combined with excellent vibes, songwriting and most of all a CONSISTENT MOOD. Please, Patrick, never stop pushing your voice to the limit, going high occasionally, and doing those runs, it's what keeps me coming back time and again. Get this damn album and blast the fkn thing.
