Great record, vast improvement on all accounts from their previous record "House of Leaves", Sarin demonstrates they are one of Canada's premier post-metal bands. Monograph is a slow crawl from beautiful & touching to stormy & devastating. I'd have to say Sarin's strongest quality as a band is their ability to make smart arrangements.
