The finest darksynth album I have heard (was Headhunter). Cerebral yet always engaging and instantly recognisable as Fixions, there is extreme metal in its veins; frenetic, uncompromising, ferocious yet it has many introspective moments that are no less sophisticated. With its peerless attention to detail it makes a mockery of artists that use sci-fi imagery without evoking any musical connection to the concepts. I would love this to find its way back to the BBC Radiophonic Workshop in the '80s!
