To set your currency, visit the “Payment Details” section of your artist profile page. The currency you choose will apply to all of your sales and payouts, and can’t be changed from item to item.
If you already have items for sale in a different currency when you make the change, we’ll show you a table of recommended prices in the new currency. The converted prices are only suggestions — please review them before saving. When you save, we’ll update the prices of all items in your catalog to the corresponding new values you set.
For any period in which you have sales made in multiple currencies, the totals shown on the “Sales/downloads” tab of your stats page will be approximations.
You can sell music and merchandise to your fans in any of the currencies supported by our payment processor — see the full list below. If you choose a currency from the first list below, your fans will be able to pay with either PayPal or a credit card (credit card transactions are limited to sales of digital items only). For all other currencies (and purchases of merchandise), fans will be able to pay with PayPal.
If the fan is paying in a currency different from yours, their payment provider may charge a conversion fee. Fans can see estimates of item prices converted to their local currency by clicking the currency name in the Buy Now dialog or shopping cart, then selecting their country from the drop-down list. We’ll remember their setting for future purchases, too.
