Man, the music is vast-sounding blackened post-rock, then driving drums, and then the singer comes in with one of the most intense desperate screams I've heard in awhile. No growlies or shriekies here, and no boring riffs or chugga chugga bullshit. The melody of black metal, the openness of post-rock, and the intensity of thrash/hardcore all in one record.
